    1. Where do you ship?

    We currently sell and ship only within the United States. Orders with shipping addresses outside the United States cannot be accepted at this time.

    2. How long does order processing take?

    Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

    3. How long does delivery take?

    After processing, estimated delivery within the United States is typically 4–7 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, carrier availability, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.

    4. Do you offer free shipping?

    Yes. We currently offer free standard shipping on orders delivered within the United States. Any available shipping options and costs will be shown clearly at checkout before you place your order.

    5. Will I receive tracking information?

    Yes. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, if tracking is available for your shipment. Please allow some time for tracking details to update after the carrier receives the package.

    If you would like to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. If the order has already been processed or shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible. In that case, the order may need to be handled as a return after delivery.

    8. What is your return window?

    You may request a return within 30 days from the date your order was delivered. The item must be unused, unworn, undamaged, and returned in its original condition with original packaging, labels, tags, and included accessories where applicable.
