This Shipping Policy applies to orders placed on allsaints-leather.com. Our store currently sells and ships products only within the United States.
Shipping Area
We currently ship only to addresses located in the United States. Orders with shipping addresses outside the United States cannot be accepted at this time.
Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.
Order Cut-Off Time
Orders placed before 3:00 PM Eastern Time are usually processed from the same business day. Orders placed after this time will begin processing on the next business day.
Estimated Delivery Time
After processing, the estimated delivery time is typically 4–7 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, carrier availability, weather conditions, or other circumstances outside our control.
Shipping Costs
We currently offer free standard shipping on orders delivered within the United States. Any available shipping options and costs will be clearly shown at checkout before the order is completed.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, if tracking is available for your shipment. Please allow some time for tracking details to update after the carrier receives the package.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, delivery may be delayed or the package may be returned. Please contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error in your shipping details.
